Droid X issues

When I end a call on my DX the dialpad goes off the screen but the blueish background stays. I have to pull the battery to get the phone working again.

I am using a stock GB non-rooted phone.

I called VZW tonight and when the agent looked at my account and seen how many DX's I have had replaced she offered me a new DX2 as an alternate device.
