Droid X not charging

I've had my X since drop day and the day before yesterday it started showing me the "Unplug cord to conserve energy screen..." and "5% of battery" after it had only been charging for 10 to 15 minutes. Went into the Verizon store today and they saw it mess up and did a hard reset on my device. Brought it back home charged until it was happy, but died within 1 hour and now it won't recognize any charger, car, dock, nothing. Just wondering if anyone else was having this problem like me. Tech support said they didn't any other complaints like mine. SO long story short, what do you guys/gals think, bad USB port or software problem?
