Drop box no longer uploading

After installing jelly bean over the air, drop box is no longer uploading.

Anyone else notice this?

I un installed and reinstalled the program with no change.

Is the account set up to sync in the JB settings?

Good point.

When I go into settings it says sync is off.

If I click on the account it gives me an option to Sync now. It does not give me an option to turn on auto sync.

Even when I select sync now it doesn't do anything.

Any suggestions?
