Drop box question.

Hi guys. I just got a one month old HTC one x off of ebay. The previous owner said he was signed up for drop box automatically. Will this transfer when I set the phone up for myself, or do I have to purchase storage for my self? Also does anyone know how I would go about transferring the remaining warranty into my name? Thanks.
