Have you tried to call the calling the carrier with your phone and ask them what the problem might be ?
No, those 2 phones drop the calls every time in bad areas that the note 9, S9, and older versions do not drop the calls. The S10 and note 10 series have worse antennas or something, it's not a carrier thing. I've seen several complaints from all carriers from ones that are willing to admit there's a signal issue.Have you tried to call the calling the carrier with your phone and ask them what the problem might be ?
