Dual Camera Setup only

Have a school project to make a "camera" in a basic cardboard box, but we were given an samsung s7 and told to remove everything but the bare minimums. I know of course the cameras and the battery with appropriate ables and I assume the logic board, but what else would be needed?? We just need it to record video and probably on a loop record. We are going to use both the front and rear facing cameras.

Trying to just bare bones Samsung s7 with just the dual cameras and the charger. Wondering if I just used the logic board, power cord, storage and cameras should work, correct?? Again just bare bones/skeleton....

It's for a tech class and they want us to use mainly just the phone and it's internal parts. That should work, correct??? Before I go breaking into it...
