Dual Lumia User, starting switch

Hello All,

Short version -

I would like to find a Android under $225, that can run the latest or close to the latest Android OS and fully work on the ATT.

Do I need 64G or will 32G work? I do not mind rooting the phone, if I must.

Longer version...

I am a Windows Lumia User, Actually I use 2. My Person phone is staying Windows but I need to replace my Business phone.

I have an 5+ yo old android phone + my 2 Windows Phones, USAA is no longer supporting. So USAA and my NAUI apps are the only things I really use.

For the record, Android and iPhone icon screens really mess with my dyslexia, hence why I stayed on Windows so long. I did try using Android in the 2.x days, and was not a fan.

Plus I refuse to sell my children's future buying a phone.

(I can't answer your main question because I'm not familiar with US carriers, but Windows-style launchers are available from the Play Store.)
