Dual messenger?

Can someone explain what dual messenger is? When you open either one it opens Facebook not messenger and I'm getting double notifications I tried to delete one of them and it says you delete one you delete them both so I don't know what the deal is. Does anyone understand and what it's all about?

If you have two different logins you can use 1 for each messenger or Facebook.

If you only have 1 account just go to settings, search for dual and turn it off

It's a good idea, especially if you go on holiday and you only want to take one phone.

Pointless for FB and IG because they already allow you to log into multiple accounts.

Not at the same time and you cant receive notifications for both... You have to switch to use one... Dual allows both logged in and both sending notifications. And you definitely can't muliti screen with your method
