Dual SIM answering process Samsung A3 310

Looking at a Dual SIM Samsung A3 310 but can't find any details or video of exact answering process, how does the screen distinguish which SIM is being called so I can decide whether to answer or not?

Also, can you split the Contacts for each SIM - work and home?
