dual window issue

When I say fast, I mean it's like all 3 arrows are blinking fast all at the same time.

I have a T-Mobile G3, and my arrows don't appear to flash particularly quickly. Is something wrong with them flashing quickly?

I guess nothing is wrong with it going fast. It runs fine. It's just I don't see anyone else's doing it. My wife has one and it doesn't do that.

We'll I figured out what done it..in developer menu I turn the 3 animation settings off. When I restarted the phone dual window arrows acted weird. I changed the setting back and restarted the phone and it's back to normal.
