Dual Window shortcut gone?

I remember on the g3 you can access dual window if you hold the back button. This doesn't work on the g4? Can anyone tell me why?

Dual Window has its own top-level menu in Settings.. unless you disable it, it will show you a dual window icon on every eligible app in the task switcher. You can also change the menu buttons to include a dual window button.
