Dumb Froyo/Flash/Browser Question

Sometimes when browsing, ill get a pop-up window that will have a scroll bar on the right hand side. Like when you click on "see all friends" in Facebook. The scroll bar never works. Will having flash 10.1 enable me to do that?

Have you tried scrolling in the pop-up the same as you do in the browser?
Just scroll through it.

I scroll through a text box fine.

Doesn't work. You can see the little slider button/indicator,but can't slide it up or down.
