Duplicate Notifications from Facebook

Anyone know how to prevent them? I noticed as of recently with Android 10, my Facebook has all the individual notification types, but then all the way towards the bottom there is a Device-Level Notification toggle. With the toggle on, I will get notifications for things like comments to posts I commented on (as normal) but then a 2nd notification that is the Device-Level Notification that just says something like You have a new Facebook Notification. With the Toggle off, I don't seem to get any Facebook notifications. Anyone know how to fix?

Are you certain it's the Facebook app that's responsible for that duplicate notification, or could it be from your browser? If you ever accessed Facebook from your browser, you might have given it permission to give you notifications as well.
