Dust in camera

I noticed yesterday that there are 2 dust particles on my camera lens and I'm worried that these my result in dark spots on my photos. I am also concerned that due to the phone being dust resistant there might be a gap and water to come in as well. Does any of you guys have a similar issue and did you return your phones for a warranty repair? I am worried that if I return it they might not seal it with the water resistant glue.

Try to take some shots to see if you see any problems.

I don't have another phone with a good camera which will be able to take a photo where you can see the dust particles. They are even hard to see with your own eyes and can be only seen under direct light.
