Dust under the screen.

Anyone else have this problem?? I had the Incredible for about a day so far and I'm starting to see some dust particles get under the screen and its been bugging me. Any ideas on how to get rid of them?

UT-OH! I was hoping I would never see a thread like this here! Seeing how I'm a "pocket-phone" guy. I have put in there just briefly while I walked somewhere but haven't noticed anything yet

This has been a chronic problem with HTC phones. That said, are you sure you're not confusing the little multi touch dots with dust? Seems unlikely you'd have dust after a days use unless it showed up that way.

yeah, I quit carrying my Motorola Droid in my pocket because dirt and everything else seemed to be getting stuck in the little gap that goes around the screen.

uh oh.. hope i dont get dust under my screen! the phone has a 1 year warranty right? i DO have a case on it now though.. hopefully that will help? i've always wondered how dust gets under the screen. is it through the ear piece? i mean if you have a cover on the phone.. i dont see how it would get in except through the charging port or the headset jack..

i have the black gloss silicone case.. the one that was on the front page with an article/the one with a thread to itself. it's pretty nice. i wrote a review on that thread.

OH, I'm using the red snap on hard case from Verizons site. HOPING that it helps because if this phone isn't in my hands, It's gonna be in my pocket. Lint city!

When ever Sena has their pouch available it will help protect from dust when carried in your pocket.

You guys all have me paranoid to put the phone in my pocket! I'm gonna be that guy that carries his phone everywhere!

Yeah I'm definitely sure that it is dust, random spaced white specks about 3-4 of them. its not as visible when there is color on screen but when the screen is off i can see it. That's what i get for not waiting for a case and putting it in my sweater pocket.
