DX Call Quality Hack

So here is a possible way of getting in, one of my ninjas (yea right) informed me, well I actually went asking about it but anywho here was what I got....

it's still there. step 1 is right. step 2 is only six zeros. step 3 is 06 test mode, then next, next, and there you are.

If this works I'll post it in OP.

Yup, when I set this up, my phone calls sounded great. But after making a backup or reboot my phone these settings are reset. Talk to your ninja and see what they can do.

Play at your own risk..

Step 1. Dial ##7764726
Step 2. Enter 7 0's as the password (Zeros) Verify.
Step 3. Select 04 Vocode
Step 4. Select EVRC - B
Step 5. Apply and Phone will reboot.

The above was the old way of going in on Froyo, now the Gingerbread method is

Step 1. Dial ##7764726
Step 2. Enter 6 0's as the password (Zeros) Verify.
Step 3. Select 06 Test Mode, select next, and next again...
Step 4. top pull down menu Select EVRC - B

I don't know if anyone has tried this on Cyanogen Mod 7 but it doesn't work.
