OK... It worked a couple of weeks ago, but lately we don't get any.. I've got DI09, and my wife has DI01, but neither works... we've deleted everything, but the little numbers indicate that we have 32/0..?? None show up in our 'INBOX' but in the folders view, it also says 'INBOX-32'...?? If I press the 'Load More.." it just sits and spins forever... I see a way to 'ADD' an account... How do I delete my original account and start over??? This was one reason we wanted a smart phone... and it's broke!!! Dave

I think I found the problem... I have an app called JuiceDefender ver 3.1.4 to try to get better battery life, and when I disabled it... the email started to work again... go figure... I'll let them know that went on here and see what they say.. DJ

How long has it been like this and what type of phone are these? Could it be a service problem with your email domain? Can you still access it from your computer? If it says you both have 32 emails it makes me think it might be your email domain.

If all else fails back up all your data and do a hard reset and wipe your phone clean. Not a tech savy one bit but I have a head on my shoulder.

DJ, are you checking the emails else where? My pc running outlook is the final master, if you have pulled your emails into a folder and have the option to delete off the server, your phones world not keep our retain their copy. Unlike in the bb world, these are just a window into the server. IMAP vs POP

More info.. but NOT answers!! I have all the computers and phones set to leave the email on the server, and I am able to pick up the email using three different computers... Neither Fascinate (1-DI01 & 1-DI09) will pick up emails, or send them.. not on 3G-Data or WIFI..?? DJ

A Probable ANSWER!! Fiddling around I disabled a battery save app called "JuiceDefender Ver. 3.1.4" and the email started to work again!! So I'll post this issue back to them and see what they say!! Thanks for looking and helping!! DJ

If i'm not mistaken juice defender turns off over the air data for preset intervals. You should check the settings and see if they need to be adjusted to allow your email to use 3g.

True... but that's only when the screen in blanked (sleeping..) when the screen is active, everything is supposed to work normally.. and that didn't happen! DJ
