Both me co-worker and I have the Note 3 using tmobile and verizon fios. We both have the same e-mail problem. When wifi is on we can receive email but not send email. Is there something wrong with a setting? Thanks for the help.
if its an issue sending on WiFi, then your ISP may be blocking the port you use on your email client.
Luisa_L has a good question, what email client are you using and what email domain. Is it yahoo, gmail, hotmail, exchange / work?
I was able to get it to work by changing the outgoing server settings to match my tablet. This tread did help by making my wonder why one worked and the other didn't. Thanks all.
