e mail settings

i want to say sorry if the answer is somewhere and i can't find it but the question i have is this.

is there a way to save your e mail settings? I have 2 seperate accounts on my phone and they work perfect but during a recect device change do to speaker issues i used my backup pro and though i would be fine and the accounts did not back up. its not too hard to set them back up but it would be nice if there were a way to save the set up info. they are both pop/imap accounts.

any advice or tips would be awesome. i really want to do a factory reset due to poor batt life and this is one thing that is holding me back.

If you're rooted, you could use Titanium backup. If not, I don't know of a program that will do that.
