Each physical buttons have different clicking sound / feedback

I recently got my Note 8 and have noticed that each of the physical button (power, volume, bixby) has a varying clicking sound / feedback.

Volume button and bixby feels little more dull when pressed and barely makes clicking sound.
Power button has more clicking sound and with sharp click when you press it.

Is this normal?

Hello there. Same thing with my Note 8. My plan is to visit my nearest tech market where they have these Note 8s on display, try them all out and see if that is just a standard thing. I suggest you do the same if you can. Have a nice day!

Yes, it is normal. All note 8s are build with a good, tactile ,click home button. And the volume rockers and the Bixby key have a bit softer click. That's neither a feature nor a problem. It's just made like that by Samsung. That's true even for the S8 and S8+.
