Each time using the camera seeing a message with a cross on the Maps Pin

Hey guys! I have an issue in my French Samsung Galaxy S6. Each time i use the camera, i keep getting a message with a cross on the maps pin saying:
"Pour activer les tags de localisation, la fonction Localisation doit être activée dans le volet des raccourcis"

I won't enable the Localisation service because it may cause fast discharge to battery.
