Could someone tell me exactly what this option does it recommends I reset mobile network settings before un installing but I would like to know what it's doing

It resets the mobile network settings as they were before installing the app.

Mostly it won't cause any problems.......... But its better if you reset the settings before uninstalling the app.

Another thing to reset. Open the Easy Battery Saver app ~> optimization ~> super saver ~> configure apps ~> restore all the listed items to full data flow access. This will not occur automatically upon uninstall.
