Easy Phone Tunes

localjrw can you give me a step by step guide on the fastest way to get itunes music on my S3? I have a mac - thank you Debbie

I as well find this incredibly slow. Not as slow as your is, but I find I have to sync and re-sync because half of my music ends up being corrupt in a day or two, and yes I am a music snob, I like to have everything with me. I'm missing my iphone like crazy.

*** Possible Solution ***

I initially started to use Easy Phone Sync, another app from the same company. First time, it worked great and fast. The free version also does multiple Playlists.

The problem I ran into happened when I changed some of the songs on my iTunes playlists. After updating my playlists, I was not able to sync again. It kept telling me that the phone is locked or tracks are broken.

So I installed Easy Phone Tunes as recommended by madlaw1071. At first, it hung. Stopping it and restarting it made it go very fast. But, was only able to do one playlist and took my other playlists off the phone.

Instead of upgrading to Easy Phone Tunes Plus to copy multiple playlists, I went back to Easy Phone Sync and was able to copy all my newly updated playlists pretty fast :)

Please note, your phone must be connected in Media Device Mode (MTP).

I have Samsung Note 2 and copying everything to a 64GB SD card. I hope this helps!

So are you recommending only to use Easy Phone Tunes if it was for songs/playlists/artwork transfer?

Is it just me or is the developer trying to confuse the heck out of their users, what is the difference between the Easy Phone Sync & Easy Phone Tunes Plus??? I bought the Easy Phone Tune Plus thinking that it's the best companion to iTunes for Mac users but now it seems like Easy Phone Sync does the same job, for FREE???

Also, I had similar issue using the Samsung Smart Switch program when it comes to transferring my iPhone backup, it took over 24 hours to reach 67% of my photos transfer, which is ridiculous! I'm just afraid I might run into the same problem with this Easy Sync program again. Fingers crossed*

As far as I'm concerned, Kies is like iTunes for Android but since I'm sticking to iTunes since I'm using Mac, Easy Phone Tunes Plus would be a great companion to keeping my Droid synced with my latest songs/playlist from iTunes, correct?

Thanks guys!

You may want to consider using Kies to handle things besides your music - it allows you to backup contacts, SMS/MMS, call logs, pictures/videos and some of the TouchWiz settings.
