I have small wrists, and even with the tightest notch I still can't get good ECG readings on my watch.
Anyway I read on reddit and the internet placing the watch on your knee gives better results (dr in article said this with the Apple Watch too)
I tried this and I'm getting a higher percentage of successful readings when placing it on one of my knees still not perfect though.
