I have small wrists, and even with the tightest notch I still can't get good ECG readings on my watch.

Anyway I read on reddit and the internet placing the watch on your knee gives better results (dr in article said this with the Apple Watch too)

I tried this and I'm getting a higher percentage of successful readings when placing it on one of my knees still not perfect though.

Here is the knee trick one. I compared it to the one at the hospital and Dr office printout from a few days ago and the patterns look similar after doing the knee trick. I'm thinking the knee is more steady. On reddit people said this is working better for them too.
