echoes during call

So my friends have been telling me that they can hear themselves during calls regular and fb video/calling. Sometimes they hear echoes as well. Anyone else have this issue ? And this stupid popup. I'm gonna lose it. Lol

Sometimes I hear myself echoing off and on (not during every call, or often at all, but sometimes); and yes, I quite often get that error message and it drives me crazy. Haha.

I turned Google voice activation off and now my Messenger recordings/audio work perfectly!
