Eco during calls?

[AC Question]

I received a love Mei protection case for my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge + today and put it on.. Looks cool, protects the phone and that's great... BUT... During calls it makes an eco effekt on the other persons "line"?
So let's say that my wife calls me, I answer and she then hears an eco of herself on her phone?? Help guys...

Welcome to Android Central! I've seen other posts about echoing caused by cases. I'm not sure why it happens--it might be something to do with blocking the secondary/noise cancellation mic.

I have read somewhere if you turn your volume down it will work
