eco5 flashed/ now stuck in andoir recovery

I had rooted version of ec05 installed with cwm (not sure of #).
I used odin and flashed to non root version of eco5 and phone was working okay,

I did the 3 button reboot to go into cwm and all I got is the Android recovery screen, which shows the following options:
-Reboot system now
-Apply sdcard: update.zip
-wipe data - factory reset
-wipe cache partition

- it wont allow me to use the "enter" button, so am I am stuck at this screen.

any suggestions??

EDIT: after trying multiple times, I got phone to boot. Guess I need to reinstall CWM,

Once you use Odin to return to stock EC05 you removed CWM and you now have stock recovery...

You navigate stock recovery with Vol Up/Down and make selections with the HOME key.

Sorry Paul, I didn't update my request.
I am now on GB, freshly updated from Sprint. I flashed before so I could get the update and lost cwm by doing so. I have a rom IU want to flash but need cwm to do so.
