Edge Lighting Notifications Not Working

I had the edges lighting up yesterday. Today, the only thing I did really was change some wallpapers and enter developer mode to see how it was done. I CHANGED NOTHING.

I actually exited developer mode, and even restarted a few times.

Attached are pics of my settings.

Any idea what/where I could be missing something?

I also just called the phone with the phone laid face down.

Nothing lit up like it use to do.

OK...

Oddly enough, I restarted in Safe Mode. I sent a text, and the edge lighting worked.

I rebooted out of safe mode.

I sent a text, and the edge lighting worked again.

Very strange since I changed NOTHING in-between.

(NOTE: I wonder if a Safe Mode session helps "debug" stuff???)

I have the same issue...neither that or the LED light seem to be working correctly...seemed to happen after a minor firmware update I did after getting the device...an unlocked one.

Try this. In wallpapers, turn off motion effect.
