edge lighting

Ok my wife and I both have the note 10+ my edge lighting works great and for whatever reason hers doesn't work at all. We have compared our settings and everything looks the same... any ideas?

Are her notification settings set to pop-up? If not, Edge Lighting doesn't 'pick it up'.

Yeah your notifications for each app needs to be set to sound and pop up. Keep in mind not all apps work with Edge Lighting.

Ive Noticed the same thing my edge lighting works sometimes then not other times

the update today fixed it. before the update didn't right after it worked...lol no change other than the update thanks for the help
