Edge6- Security Notice

I keep getting a message titled Security Notice- unauthorized actions have been detected, restart your device to undo any authorized changes.....I restart and 30 to 45 mins later I get the message again.

Can this be turned off?
Is there a screen that shows the app that is performing the unauthorized tasks?
If, so, how can I approve the action so that I do not get this message again.

I started another thread about this last week. When I had two new phones from Best Buy I had to exchange both third time was a charm now have one without that issue. If you are within return period take it back they will exchange.
