I took my Verizon Note 3 over to Straight Talk Wireless for service and it seems to work just fine, it is still on the Verizon network. I see no difference in the way it operates!
But, I have read on this forum that you should "Edit the APN".
What is that? How do I find that setting? How do I edit?
Thanks for your help!

To answer your question, it's in Settings, More Networks, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names, (the next part is whoever your provider is, mine is currently Verizon Wireless, you may see Straight Talk or something else here), then inside there, are all the settings you can change. Only change whatever Straight Talk has provided for you. These may work:

I will check this out!
Thank you so much for the information and link!

With the recent changes in deleting 2G, AND all of the changes that keep getting implemented, and the website not working or up to date .... this is the ONLY way I've finally been able to connect to wifi and data (((Issues that have just started a few mo ago))) with these new APN Settings; spent hrs TS w/ Straight Talk (their settings do not work) - found much more informative information online and experimenting w/ different settings.
