Editing a video

I want to edit video it's too long on an Android to send this text or email

Most phones have a basic built-in editor or you can download one from the myriad of options from the Play Store. However, note that MMS and e-mail are HEAVILY restricted (and vary from carrier/e-mail provider) so your best bet is to upload to a file sharing service (like Drive or Dropbox or Samsung's temporary file sharing) or video service like YouTube and share the appropriate link.
