Question Think I got a dud

I purchased a Samsung A9 tablet and the first thing Inoticed is the battery life was like less than an hour. So looking into what was burning battery I tried turning off bluetooth and the tablet turned it back on in about 20 seconds! So I researched and found out about resetting network settings however that option was 'greyed out' as was the factory reset option, So I got frustrated and turned the machine off but it restarted instead of turning off. Do I just need to take it back to Walmart??

You can if you wish to return it and you're within the return period. If you wish to troubleshoot it further, you can try booting it in Safe Mode and seeing if you can factory reset it then.

I'm inclined to agree with @Bla1ze. Something doesn't seem right with it. If the next one acts the same way, return it for your money back. WalMart may go by the original purchase date, and I think you only have 14 days, so this isn't a thing to take your time on

UPDATE: Returned tab to Wally got new tab everything is working good now! Thans to all for the help.
