It's been there since launch Day in the UK. You have to add the widget for it.

Just got the update this morning. Like others, I also had to restart my phone and watch to get the two apps to pair.

So, do you feel the GW3 is enough of an upgrade from the GW to justify the cost? I considered getting one, but the only real advantage over the GW3 (for what I would like) is the ECG capability.

Also, from what I understand, the Active 2 also had the ECG capability? I may consider this as a cheaper alternative. Do you know if this is true regarding the Active 2?

The Active 2 has the ECG just like the GW3. I have both watches and the ECG feature functions the same.

The display is much better, it's thinner and lighter, and it looks better too. Whether the significant price increase is worth that is personal.

Another advantage is storage. Running, hiking, working out... I need more music and that was the reason for my upgrade. The trade off is battery life however I haven't gone down to 0% yet.

I've got the GW3 on T-Mobile. Haven't yet gotten the update despite checking manually. Based on what you guys are saying it sounds like I'll get it soon.

Anyone else who has the T-Mobile watch get it?

Arunma - I have the GW3 on T-Mobile and I got the update around 9/28/20.
