I've searched the forum and didn't see anyone else with this issue.
My mail is eating 290MB of memory and it won't release it even if I delete large emails. I can delete a 5mb email msg, reboot the phone and mail is still using 290mb of memory.
I have two email accounts setup an exchange account for work and my personal yahoo account. I've double checked all my email settings for size, days to download etc. I've gone to Sprint and the best they could tell me was hard reset the phone.
I think my next step is to delete both email accounts and add them back. Anyone else experience this? An other ideas what this might be?
Side note: I have a co-worker with the same email accounts and email distro lists with even higher settings to download and keep email and his email is only 20mb.
