Email Issue

Ok I finally convinced my wife to get the Samsung Fascinate and since the day I got it she is not getting her emails. If I delete the account and re add it it syncs and gets them, although when we get a new email I get it on my Incredible and computers but she doesnt get them on the fascinate. Anyone else having problems?

This was a big issue for me and almost caused me to take the phone back.

It is a known issue (see Samsung Fascinate Known Issues document leaks ? Boy Genius Report.

For me the fix was to install and configure K-9 Mail. It does not stop checking for new email and is IMHO a better email client.

Can I

I have comcast for my email. Can K9 be configured for that? Is it in the market? Thanks for your help.

I'm sure it will work with Comcast. The setup should be very similar to what you had to do with the stock email program. Comcast's web site should have instructions for the server settings, etc., if you need to set up manually.
