Email keeps stopping

I am getting a flashing message that says "Email keeps stopping". I tap on the message and it goes away for a minute or two then reappears. I'm using a Motorola Droid Z.

Welcome to the forum. Go to Settings, Apps, All and find your email app. Do a force close, clear cache and clear data in that order. Reboot the phone and see if that helps. You could also be seeing a server problem with your email app. I had that today with one of my email accounts. Cleared itself up.

I tried your solution. It does not solve the problems. I'm using Gmail and do not have this problem on other devices.
