email not going out

This morning I was wondering why I wasn't getting any emails on my DX when I usually get in 20-30 a day. So I sent a test message to myself. Never came back to me or my home pc. Tried another test email a couple hours later
( when I remembered ).
Nothing.
Checked into the folders and there are the 2 test emails sitting in the outbox, as in not sent.
Any reason why they don't go out?

reboot the phone, should fix it. Add the power widget to your desktop and make sure the little sync button is lit up.

This happens to me at least one time a week

To reboot,,, power off and on? Or battery pull ( former S2 user)

Just power on then off. Not like the S2, it actually fully shuts down.

Also if you have a task killer, get rid of it.

Just a widget to shut off data sync, wifi, gps and airplane mode I believe.

Hold down the screen then choose widget then choose power widget,

Ok, got it so far. Which one is the sync button?

Sees that it worked. Both emails left the outbox and arrived at the inbox.

Is this a widget I need to leave up on a home screen, or just when something needs changing?



Where can I go to find out what all of these functions are on the power widget and other widgets?

Up to you. I have one on my home screen but I turn on/off brightness, GPS, Wifi all the time.
