Email Notifications not working :-(

I was told by T-Mobile to do a reset to my watch and now I don't get any email notifications (it was working before). I have checked all the settings and everything is on. Has anyone had this happened before? Any advice?
 
I know you mentioned you checked all the settings. Just want to make sure you had a little check mark next to the email app in the notifications app on "Gear Manager" ?
