These are probably going to seem like dumb questions, but I haven't been able to find an answer to it:

Does the included mail app import folders from the likes of Hotmail and Exchange ?

I have only seen the Mail widget used with a GMail account, can other accounts like the two mentioned above have a mail widget ?

This is pretty much the last hurdle that is preventing me from taking the plunge into Android and the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Any info will be great :)

Well, to be honest my Galaxy 10.1 didn't HAVE the Honeycomb Mail App. It only had the gmail app. I don't understand it, and don't know why that is the case. The one we have at work (16GB, Grey) doesn't have it either.

Yes it supports Exchange and IMAP connections (that I think hotmail will use) with the regular mail widget. I have both my corporate and Gmail accounts set up on my tab and have been pretty impressed with the usability of them both. So if this is your last hurdle...I recommend it!

The SGT 10.1 does support hotmail and msn live type accounts, I currently have both of my accounts setup on the Tab 10.1 and all the folders and navigation is simple and quick. Setup was simple just email address and password then everything was there. I also believe that the app a Samsung email app and widget, both work seemlessly on the SGT 10.1; hope that is helpful.:)

The 10.1 has a native email app and widget that works very well with other mail applications.

I have my corporate email, 2 google accounts, and 4 att/yahoo accounts all displaying nicely within the widget.

I hope this helps.
