Email Server not responding

Hello

i am trying to set up my offical email account on my samsung phone it gives me an error stating the pop3.mail.com is not responding i tried changing the ports but its of no use

please help me with this problem

First, let the email app choose the port.

Second, did you try going to the server with another device, a phone or computer? The server might just be down.

Third, is the email account (on the server) set up as a POP3 account or an IMAP account?
