Email synchronisation on JellyBean

Hi,
I've updated my Galaxy S2 to 4.1.2, since then, i no longer can change synchronisation frequecy of my Exchange account, i first configured it to sync each 5 min, when i try to set to to push or manual and click on ok, i find it is still set to 5min when i come back to the settings, has anyone had this before ? the only way it changed sync frequency is by recreating the mail account !!!
any help please ?
