Email syncing issue

After a prl, profile update and a battery pull. I am finally getting my emails to sync automatically. Yay for not having to call Sprint customer service!

I am unable to send through my exchange server at work as well as hotmail (my default).

I have mail in my outboxes from July 7th.

Any ideas

My problem is back. My comcast hasn't sync'ed since 7:23....I have it set to do it every 10 minutes.

I'm not sure if I have a syncing issue or if I just don't have the phone set up right. Can someone tell me the proper settings (what I need to have turned on, checked etc and where) to set in order for me to receive an audible indicator whenever I receive new mail? I have a Yahoo account and am using the Yahoo mail app. I want to get notices pretty much as soon as I receive the mail. Thanks.
