Email & TouchWiz Not Responding Message

Recently I been getting a not responding message for email and TouchWiz. I have not dropped my phone or anything, I have turned my phone on and off but no luck. Any suggestions?

Just a guess but maybe remove the battery and re-install it..
Maybe wipe the cache partition..
