Email will not forward image s10+

When forwarding email with embedded image, after touching forward arrow, image is gone

Stock app. This is an unlocked AT&T GSM on Verizon ntwk. Did a network reset, cleared email cache. Works for awhile, then problem returns

Humm, don't know. Will try and get back to you. Just did a network reset, should work for awhile. You're thinking app interference I'm guessing.? Thanks for that tip

Yeah, it's always worth a try. The challenge would be if the problem goes away and stays away in Safe Mode, because then you'd have to uninstall apps one by one until you identify the culprit.

I would do on the email app clear data,cache force stop , by the way which email is this outlook,Gmail?
