How do I set that I get my emails say every 15min instead of me going in the email app and refreshing manually?

i think gmail is set to push email as you get it and cant change the sync time. You might be able to set the sync time using another email app though.

Open email app, tap 'more', then 'settings', select the account (if you have more than one set up) then scroll down to see 'sync schedule'

This question is like asking for a favorite NFL team, and you may get more than 32 different answers. Very subjective. With that said, I like K9 email. A year or so ago, I tried 5 or 6 different email clients from the app store and I decided to stay with K9. Personal preference....

I've just downloaded blue mail. Do I set on push notification or fetch notification?
