Emails Not Syncing...

Only time New emails come in is when I open the email app. I have it set to refresh every hour with peak and off peak times. And the box for refresh only when opened is not checked...I'll grab a screenshot. Anyone else have this issue or fixed the issue already?

I lied...I DID have the refresh on open checked, I didn't think that would override the 1 hour refresh however :-?

I've been having the same problem.
At first it just started syncing around once a week and now it won't sync at all.
Settings didn't changed. Worked great for years. Then stopped.
