Emergency alert override silent/vibrate mode?

So going through my settings and doing a google search, I cannot find a way to set emergency alerts to override the vibrate mode on my Note 10. This seems crazy to me. I prefer to put my phone on vibrate in the evenings, but if bad weather is coming my way (as it did last week with a tornado coming within a mile of my house), I'd like for my phone to actually make a sound. Anybody seen any way of doing this?

I guess 100+ views with no responses means nobody else has figured out a way to do this either. It's ridiculous that this is not an option, and dangerous!

Search "emergency" in settings and you'll find a setting specific to emergency tone. At least I do in my Note 10+.

Mine does not give me an option to set the emergency alert tone, only an option to "play the sample emergency alert tone" and when I do that, it just vibrates if my phone is on vibrate. Thanks though.

For my (AT&T) phone, the options are under "Wireless Emergency Alerts" and while there is a vibrate on/off toggle, I do not have the same alert sound toggle. Strange that it is different. Thanks for trying to help!
I have my tmobile sim at the moment , I'll check later with my Att sim , your welcome!
