EMERGENCY HELP PLEASE!! (Boot Looping)

androd revolution hd. Yes . ROM manager. What is CWM?

That's a Rom. You must have never flashed a recovery, which allows you to actually flash it. Hence it's going nuts.

Anyone else think that's what it is?

When you opened Rom Manager, your first step is to FLASH CLOCKWORK MOD RECOVERY. It's the very first thing.

Yes Ive tryed to flash android hd, and thats where I got boot looping.

If you were on a 403 custom rom prior to flashing hd and didn't wipe that would definitely cause bootloops. Even if you weren't, sounds like you didn't do the total data/factory reset/cache/dalvik wipe before the install.
Hd is a 402 rom totally different base from 403 so you have to wipe everything to install.

that sounds right. sorta. rom manager won't let you flash a rom thru the app if you dont have recovery flashed, right? not sure what OP has done..

you need to follow these directions to restore in ODIN mode:
[ODIN][ROM][ICL53F][FACTORY] Full Factory ODIN restore 4.0.2 with radios - unrooted - xda-developers

for PDA for the gsm galaxy nexus it seems that this guy recommends:

CF-Root-GGN_YAKJU_ICL53F-v5.1

What is difference between:
[ODIN][ROM][ICL53F][FACTORY] Full Factory ODIN restore 4.0.2 with radios - unrooted - xda-developers
and

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1527554

Should I install them both or what?

your link isnt working for me so i'm not sure what you're referring to.

You are using CDMA galaxy nexus right?

you want to follow this: [ODIN][ROM][ICL53F][FACTORY] Full Factory ODIN restore 4.0.2 with radios - unrooted - xda-developers

One file is the 7zip, the other is ODIN 3. you need both files contained in that link i just posted.

Try this version of ODIN instead:
[ODIN] ICL53F (no wipe, no recovery, no bootloaders) - xda-developers
Follow these directions you should be good. Maybe this is the thread you were trying to link?

Also - both of you guys - when you try to manually boot into recovery/odin/bootloader, are you pressing ONLY volume down + power (and hold)? that is for ODIN.
volume down + volume up + power = bootloader.
jsut making sure here.

Im now able to log into my boot screen. Just cant get rid off this samsung animation that keeps loading and loading.

Droid shock - arent you using an LTE verizon CDMA galaxy nexus?

So, did you make sure to use the LTE version of stock when using odin?

to get out of the boot loop, do a battery pull, and put the battery back in after a minute.

when you go to power back on, hold VOLUME UP AND DOWN AND POWER all 3 together and hold.

Tell me what happens when you do that.
