How and where to add emergency medical info to A50?

Add a contact named ICE (In Case of Emergency) - that's where first responders look first. Add the medical information as the company name in that contact. (Make it a real contact - whoever you want notified if you're found unconscious, with their real contact info - even if you already have them entered by name.)

Open the contact app., at the very top by the picture tap on it and scroll down

There is also an emergency contact form for wifi calling if you activate that.
